You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.
You retain ownership of all brand data, descriptions, and content you submit to BrandedBridge ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, format, and distribute Your Content for the purpose of providing our Service — specifically, structuring and distributing your brand data to AI agent ecosystems.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Free tier accounts may be subject to usage limitations.

The BrandedBridge platform, including its design, code, features, branding, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without our written permission. The BrandedBridge name, logo, and related marks are our trademarks.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not guarantee any specific results from the use of our Service, including AI agent recommendation rates or visibility improvements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrandedBridge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to remove your brand data from AI ecosystems, though complete removal from third-party systems cannot be guaranteed.

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any changes, your remedy is to discontinue use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
